All Sales Are Final

All hair braiding services are final and non-refundable. Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

48-Hour Adjustment Window

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience any concern with your style, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
At our discretion, we may offer a one-time adjustment or minor touch-up to address the issue. Adjustments are not guaranteed and will only be provided if we determine they are warranted.

No Refunds on Completed Services

Because braiding services require time, skill, and labor, we do not provide refunds for any completed service.
